Jorge Burgos is a master woodworker residing and working in Winter Park, Florida. With over twenty years of woodworking and design experience, he brings a unique artistic eye, professionalism, and a flair for custom design to every client.
Jorge started his career in Miami, Florida apprenticing under the tutelage of a master craftsman. His body of work consists of all aspects of the woodworking field for the home, corporate spaces, and restaurants, including, but not limited to: loft design, kitchens and baths, custom built-ins, doors, tables, and custom designed furniture.
When living in Miami, Jorge completed art installations at Art Basel for three consecutive years, and currently builds custom canvases for local artists in the Orlando area. He loves Japanese joinery and is passionate and inspired by the work of the renowned Japanese woodworker George Nakashima.
Jorge loves working with unique materials in his spare time, building custom mixed media art pieces and concrete containers for his home garden.
